Would there be any problems if I put a 1986 2.9 V6 motor in a 1988 ...
I replaced the motor that was in my 1988 Bronco II with a 1986 2.9 V6 motor. Since then I have had to put 3 flywheels on it. The teeth on the flywheel looks as if the starter isn't engaging far enough into the flywheel.
